Fun and Safe (aka The Rules)
We like to keep it pretty simple here folks. Follow the rules of the trail, the road and the water. Don't be an idoit. We'll do our best, but you have to pay attention too. Have fun. Be safe. Play Nice.

Required Gear:

Running Shoes: no bare feet.

Mountain Bike: All accepted. You must wear your helmet.

Road Bikes: All accepted. You must wear your helmet. You may draft.

Paddle: All human powered watercraft allowed. SUPs and shells are welcome. You must wear your PFD.
